EMF Forms and EMF Client Platform 1.14.0 released! - Join us at EclipseCon Europe 2017
September 28, 2017 | 2 min ReadWe are happy to announce that together with Oxygen.1, we have released EMF Forms and EMF Client Platform 1.14.0!
We want to thank our continuously active team of 10 contributors (38 contributors over all) for completing on 29 bug reports and feature requests.
If you want to learn more about the new features and related frameworks: Join us at EclipseCon Europe 2017!
- In the session “Building form-based UIs with EMF Forms - 101” we will provide a jump start with the framework and answer most frequent questions for beginners.
- In the session “Help your users to enter data correctly and easily with EMF Forms” we will introduce some of the more advanced features from recent releases, with a focus on input validation.
- Related to EMF Forms, we will show the native web renderer “JSON Forms” in the session “Developing business web applications with form-based UIs”
- If you want to get in contact with the project leads and the community of contributors and adopters, please join our “BOF”
As you can see, EclipseCon Europe 2017 is a great place to learn more about EMF Forms, but of course also about many other great topics. Finally, please get in contact with us personally during the event in case you have any question or feedback. We will be around the whole week, typically at the EclipseSource Booth.
Besides EclipseCon: In case you don’t know EMF Forms: It is a framework focused on the creation of form-based UIs. EMF Client Platform is designed to support the development of applications based on an EMF data model. If you are not yet familiar with EMF Forms, please refer to this tutorial for a introduction.
