Yoxos Launcher release notes for beta6

Welcome to the beta6 version of the Yoxos Launcher.  There are important changes in this release, including a move to a new repository format.    Here are the key features:

1. The Yoxos Launcher beta6 comes with access to an Eclipse 3.6 Helios repository.  
2. The Yoxos Repository has been re-architected to provide capacity for faster and more reliable management of highly complex dependency constellations and an ever-growing number of bundles. As part of this change, the new repository is only accessible via the beta6 launcher or the Eclipse Marketplace client.
   With this change, we believe we can maintain the high standards of performance that previous versions of Yoxos have provided.
3. Shared Profiles from versions earlier than beta6 cannot be opened with beta6. To access a shared profile, open it with an older Launcher version and save it to a local profile. Then open the local profile with the beta6 (or newer) Launcher. From there, you can again share it.
   The Yoxos Client technology was re-implemented to improve performance. We have changed both how and where data is saved. This means that profiles created with previous versions of the launcher will not work with the beta6 version.  
4. Yoxos beta6 introduces Places, which allows you to create custom Places that include your collection of update sites as well as filtered views of the Yoxos repository.
   The Yoxos team replaced the 3rd-party update sites features with Places, a robust and reliable functionality for customizing your own repository.  In addition to features for customization, Places will have the ability to create and store custom repository release trains.  Details will be available on the Yoxos MyPlace page in the coming weeks.
5. Some features of the Yoxos Launcher will be released on a paid subscription basis. With a subscription you will be able to share profiles and access Places. Without an account you'll still be able to create and start local profiles.
   Developers on Open-Source projects will receive free accounts.   More information on the subscription terms and conditions will be available soon.  
6. Eclipse users on Windows are currently experiencing the (archaic) permgen space error all over again.  The Yoxos Launcher repository comes with the fix for Windows users running Java 1.6.0 update 21.
