Build automation examples for RAP and Equinox applications

When adopting an automated build system for Eclipse RAP or server-side Equinox applications, there is a wide range of build solutions to choose from.  To help make the trade-offs more transparent, the RAP team has created a small github project called “RAP build examples”.  It provides examples showing how to build a RAP application with different build systems, such as Maven/Tycho, PDE Build and a new tooling approach called WAR Products.
