Eclipse 3.6 M5 is now available for download. There are lots of new and exciting features, like the ability to open and file directly from the command line. You can also use the synchronize view to compare patches:
Debug also introduced a few new features (like instance counts):

Any idea when eclipse-jee for 3.6 M5 will be available? Right now seems available for eclipse-SDK and eclipse-platform?

The EPP packages (those are the different eclipse distributions) usually come out about 4 weeks after the platform. Each layer in the stack gets a week to sync up (and there are about 4 layers).
Just FYI..http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.6milestones/ is coming up as Access Forbidden at the moment.
